Lawyer and Jacksonville, Fla., politician. Born in Jacksonville on Jan. 15, 1930, and received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Stetson University in 1961. He served as Assistant Duval County Solicitor (1963-1965) and Assistant State Attorney for Duval County (1965-1967) and in 1967 was elected from Ward 8 to the Jacksonville City Council.
